How opt-in works
Candidate initiates contact
Candidate texts a role-specific keyword (e.g. DRIVER) to the Zenna number. No message is ever sent to a candidate who has not texted first.Zenna identifies herself and requests consent

- All contact is candidate-initiated. Rokstars Global HRM never sends the first message.
- Explicit YES confirmation is required before any personal information is collected.
- Consent is stored in the database with phone number and timestamp for audit purposes.
- STOP is honoured immediately and permanently. No further messages are sent after opt-out.
- No marketing or promotional messages are sent. All messages are transactional and recruitment-related.
